To provide financial services to the poor men and women of Sri Lanka empowering them economically by enabling them to create income and employment-generating opportunities to enhance their income, beget more employment, especially self employment, increase their savings, eliminate their indebtedness to money lenders and arrest distress sale of commodities and assets.
